The OSU and A&M Systems Purchasing Department is seeking bids from qualified suppliers to provide flowmeters on an as-needed basis according to specified terms, conditions, and campus requirements for Oklahoma State University, Stillwater OK. The contract term is from the date of award to June 30, 2026, with an option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement. Bids will be awarded on a 'Lowest and Best' basis. All items must be delivered FOB Destination to Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK. Bidders must direct all inquiries to the Buyer of Record at the OSU and the A&M Systems Purchasing Department and must not contact the end user, department, or contracted parties during the bid and evaluation process, as such contact may result in disqualification. Bidders are required to read and certify agreement to the attached terms and conditions, and download, complete, and upload the Non-collusion Certificate.
