Renovation of an educational facility in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids in the form of online bidding are solicited for the Career Tech Elevator Upgrade at 1500 W 7th Ave, Stillwater, OK 74074, for the Oklahoma Department of Career & Technology Education. The project is managed by Capital Assets Management, Construction and Properties (CAP). Bid documents are available from CAP's Online Plan Room. Instructions specify a mandatory pre-bid conference as part of the requirements. If the bid exceeds $100,000, a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany the sealed bid. Security checks are returned to all but the three lowest bidders after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded. Further instructions to bidders can be found in the Project Manual. Bid Exceeds $100,000, a Cashier's Check, a Certified Check or Surety Bid Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Shall Accompany the Sealed Bid of Each Bidder.
