Scope of work to primarily include the following for Volume I: Rehabilitation at four (4) water storage tank sites including the Perkins EST, Range EST, Washington GST, and Stallard GST. Installation of a new flow control valve (FCV) vault and site improvements at the Manning GST site. Bids will be received electronically only through https://stillwater.ionwave.net until 3:00 PM on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. Bids shall be submitted as stated in the Instructions to Bidders. Any bid received by the City Clerk more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, before the time set for the opening of bids, or any bid so received after the time set for opening of bids, shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the bidder submitting same. Each bidder is required to submit with their bid a guarantee in the form of an acceptable bidder's bond, a certified check, or a cashier's check on a solvent bank in the state of Oklahoma, and in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder shall execute a contract within 14 days of Notice of Award by the SUA. The successful bidder shall file a performance bond, maintenance bond, statutory bond and certificates of insurance in the statutory amounts for public liability and workers compensation insurance at the time of signing the contract.
