The work required under this call for tenders must be completed within 36 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave (e.g., construction holidays) and the time required to procure materials/equipment) from the date specified in the contract or upon receipt of written authorisation from the Company. The probable start date for the work is between 10 December 2025 and 5 January 2026. Notwithstanding the time frame for completion of the work indicated in this article, the contract provides for phased execution, including more than one acceptance with reservations, in accordance with the article "Phased Work" of the Supplementary General Conditions. The work for each phase must therefore be completed within the completion period for each phase specified in the contract documents. The tenderer must take into account the phased execution of this contract in the price of their tender. Question Deadline 11/14/2025 The deadlines for completion of the works are as follows: - Phase 1: The works to be carried out on the 1st floor must be completed by 30 May 2026 at the latest. - Phase 2: The works to be carried out on the 2nd and 3rd floors must be completed by 30 September 2026 at the latest. The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 10% of the tender amount. When the tender is submitted on paper, this tender bond must be in the form of a surety bond, an irrevocable letter of guarantee, a certified cheque, a money order or a draft, and must comply with the conditions set out in the section entitled "Tender bond" in the Instructions to tenderers.
