Reference number: 20105835 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-12-22 Electronic tender submission accepted: Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the list of certified goods (in months): 12 Description The City of Quebec invites suppliers to submit an application for the purpose of certifying equivalencies to reference materials, equipment, and products for underground, surface, and overhead infrastructure, development, stormwater management, and innovative rehabilitation technologies already identified in the lists of materials, equipment, and products accepted by the City and compliant with the requirements of the following documents: - Specifications for general technical clauses, volume 1, Drinking water pipes, sewers, and roads, Quebec City Engineering Department, latest edition. - Specifications for general technical clauses, volume 2, Public lighting and traffic signals, Quebec City Engineering Department, latest edition. - BNQ Standard 1809-300 Construction Work-Drinking Water and Sewer Pipes-General Technical Clauses, 2018 edition. Equivalencies approved in this manner will be included on a list that will be made available to the City. Approved materials, equipment, and products will be considered in future calls for tenders to acquire these materials, equipment, or products and may be used by a contractor in the performance of a contract for the benefit of the City. Important note: Materials, equipment, and products that are already identified on the City's lists of accepted materials, equipment, and products, or that have already been accepted by a City certification program in previous years, or that comply with a standard or specification mentioned in the City's technical requirements, do not need to be certified.
