Work is scheduled to begin as soon as the contract is awarded. The work is scheduled to be completed by 15 October 2026, and the contract is to end no later than 15 February 2027. The work will include, but is not limited to, the following items: - Watercourse development and landscape architecture - Demolition of structures and civil engineering work - Construction of a new pedestrian bridge In order to comply with the requirements of the Public Bodies Contracts Act with respect to construction work, the PUBLIC BODY must proceed by means of a call for tenders in accordance with the procedure established by the Regulation respecting public bodies' construction contracts.
