Properties are typically overgrown with grasses and weeds, and the structures thereon are typically dilapidated and in varying degrees of disrepair. Work from one property to another will vary and shall be in conformance with the task order specific to each property. When demolition is involved, it will include the removal of slabs, foundation, footers, stairs and walkways with the exception of public city sidewalks, and may include the removal of fencing depending upon the specifics of the task order.
