Renovation of a water / sewer project in West, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Remove and install two new metal doors and frames with two new lock sets and two new thresholds. Install vent on rear wall. Patch all holes in concrete blocks. Paint all walls, doors, and soffit with one coat of primer and two coats of paint. Remove the old metal roof and repair the rotten decking and joists. Install new metal roof. Replace the soffit and install new fascia board. Remove overhead electric service. Install a new meter base for underground service. Furnish conduit from pole to building. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked SEALED BID-LAGOON BUILDING. Late submissions will not be accepted. The awarding body reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed most favorable and in the best interest of the Town of West.
