Remodeling of a museum in West, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade museum.
1. Remove vinyl floor in 2 restrooms and the hallway. 2. Replace water-resistant vinyl laminate floor (color selected by owner). 3. Remove two toilets and reset, replace one broken toilet seat. 4. Replace shoe molding. 5. Redo water lines in both Ladies' and Men's restrooms for the toilet and lavatory. 6. Remove the paper towel holder in both restrooms. 7. Remove the old water fountain and repair the wall. 8. Sheetrock repair. 9. Repaint walls in both restrooms. 10. Install crown molding in the ceiling in both restrooms. 11. Hallway cut corners out, re-tape, and float to paint. 12. Paint all walls and ceiling doors, trim, and the boards in the hall and both restrooms. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked SEALED BID-CASEY JONES. Late submissions will not be accepted. The awarding body reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed most favorable and in the best interest of the Town of West.
