Sealed bids are requested for the South Nome Relief Pipe for Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6. Specifications for this project are available from the Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6 webpage. Bids must be sealed, addressed, and marked as indicated, and include an original plus one copy. Electronic submissions are not accepted, and late bids will not be considered. Bids will be opened publicly at the specified time and venue. All materials, including iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project, must comply with the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) and be produced in the United States. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and take actions in its best interest. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit bids according to the stated terms and conditions and to review the invitation in its entirety.
