The project is expected to be awarded on January 2026.** Separate sealed BIDS for the Creek Farm Road, Bridge 10 Project for resetting temporary bridge, removal of existing bridge and installing an aluminum box culvert, with associated roadway improvements. Question Deadline 12/04/2025 at 9:00 AM ET All questions by prospective BIDDERS as to the interpretations of the Contract & Bidding Documents must be submitted in writing to Tyler Billingsley (tyler@eastengineeringplc.com or 802-989 6686). Each BID must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the OWNER for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID. A BID bond may be used in lieu of a certified check. A Performance BOND and a Payment BOND each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required. All bidders must notify Tyler Billingsley, East Engineering of their intent to bid so they can be placed on a Bidders List to receive any issued addenda or other pertinent information.
