Site work and new construction of a golf course in Milledgeville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a golf course; and for site work for a golf course.
For a design and build of a lean to shed for Little Fishing Creek Golf Courses Trackman hardware and software. The commissioners are seeking bids for a lean to shed and a separate price for the foundation. The building will be 25 deep, 13 feet in height at the highest point of the shed and 10 at the lowest point of the shed. There shall be a five-foot overhang past the last row of posts. See photos. An enclosed 25 x 12 enclosed bay with one entry door and one window, with no interior walls, is required. Electrical to be provided by others. This project is funded by Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST). No state or federal funds will be used. Bidders may submit pricing for either the building or concrete, or both. Projected Awarded Date November 25, 2025 Last Day to Submit Questions November 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM Questions may be directed to County Manager Carlos Tobar, at ctobar@baldwincountyga.com until Friday November 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM. Allquestions will be answered and posted as an Addendum(s) on the Countys website Baldwin County reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.
