The California State University Chancellor's Office Facilities Maintenance Department is requesting proposals from manufacturer authorized, interested, qualified firms to provide elevator maintenance services for three elevators. This request for proposal may also be used by CSU campuses that are interested in elevator maintenance and choose to opt in as users. The services are standard and require prevailing wages and registration to bid on public works projects. Proof of prevailing wages must be included with the proposal. Bidders must be manufacturer authorized and qualified to provide elevator maintenance services. Proof of prevailing wages should be included with proposal.
