A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Work required by this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: grading, paving, and storm drain improvements of undeveloped area for container storage use. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of Work within 275 calendar days and Affidavit of Final Completion of the Project within 365 calendar days as provided in Paragraph SC - 6.1 of the Special Conditions, from a date specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" issued by the City and subject to adjustment as provided in Section 8.2 of the General Conditions The combined SBE/VSBE participation goal for this Project is twenty percent (20%) of total bid value.
