Constructing, repairing, and/or removing and replacing Portland cement concrete curb ramps, sidewalks, driveways, alley entrances, curbs, gutters, masonry or cast-in-place retaining walls related to accessible ramps, and pavements; pruning roots and trees in conjunction with other improvements; removing trees; excavation; grading; and concrete and bituminous pavement removal. All questions, including requests for interpretation or correction, or comments regarding the Contract Documents, must be submitted no later than 10:00 a.m. December 18, 2025. Questions received after the pre-Bid question deadline will not be accepted. The work consists primarily of constructing, repairing, and/or removing and replacing Portland cement concrete (PCC) curb ramps, sidewalks, driveways, alley entrances, curbs, gutters, masonry or cast-in-place retaining walls related to accessible ramps, and pavements; pruning roots and trees in conjunction with other improvements; removing trees; excavation; grading; and concrete and bituminous pavement removal. The Work may also include incidental repairs, adjustments, or reconstruction of public-owned water, sewer, storm drain facilities, curb painting and pavement markings and, if damaged during other Work, repair of private property irrigation systems. This Section includes Specifications for furnishing and installing embedded Cast-In-Place Replaceable Directional Bar Tile embedded in concrete for locations shown on the Drawings, in accordance with the Contract Documents and as directed by the Engineer.
