Description: Primary scope of work is to replace existing hardscape flatwork that presents tripping hazards and to install extended gravity drainage from the North St. side of the school. Additional concrete improvements and benches are included in the base scope, but this work may be extended beyond the schools scheduled winter break (school is on break between December 19, 2025 thru January 5, 2026). The impacted scope of work on the North East frontage section of the school shall be prioritized during the winter break period. The remaining base scope of work includes flatwork extended pathway on the North middle frontage portion of the school and added public benches. Additional Add Alternate scopes are to be bid. If Add Alternate #1 (Monument Sign) is accepted by the District the total Calendar days shall be increased by 15 Calendar Days; if Add Alternate #2 is accepted the total Calendar days shall be increased by 5 Calendar Days. Location: SOMIS SCHOOL- 5268 North St, Somis, CA 93066 The Contract Duration is 45 Calendar Days. Any interpretation or correction of the Contract Documents will be made only by addendum issued by the Owner, and a copy of any addendum will be hand-delivered, mailed, or faxed to each bidder known to have received a set of the Contract Documents.
