Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Arlington, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project will include at the intersection of Ft Myer Drive and Langston Blvd EBL new curb ramps on three corners. There will be two new curb inlets installed to replace two existing structures that are then converted to manholes. There will be a short run of proposed storm sewer to connect one of the new curb inlets. This intersection will also have two new traffic signal poles and the accompanying infrastructure related to them. The project will include traffic signal work at the intersection of N Nash St and Langston Blvd EBL - three new traffic signal poles and pedestrian poles, among other signal infrastructure shown in the contract documents. Questions regarding the original solicitation must be submitted by november 24, 2025, At 5:00 p.M
