NEW VENDORS MUST COMPLETE A NEW REGISTRATION INCLUDING SELECTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. EXISTING VENDORS MUST LOG INTO THEIR ACCOUNT AND UPDATE OFFERINGS. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A RESPONSE, ASK QUESTIONS, AND RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS. BID SURETY IN THE AMOUNT OF NOT LESS THAN 5% OF THE BID MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE BID.
