NEW VENDORS MUST COMPLETE A NEW REGISTRATION INCLUDING SELECTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. EXISTING VENDORS MUST LOG INTO THEIR ACCOUNT AND UPDATE OFFERINGS. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A RESPONSE, ASK QUESTIONS, AND RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS. BID SURETY IN THE AMOUNT OF NOT LESS THAN 5% OF THE BID MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE BID. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS IN THE AMOUNT OF 100% OF THE AWARD WILL BE REQUIRED OF THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER. ARLINGTON COUNTY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS, CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, AND TO WAIVE ANY INFORMALITIES OR IRREGULARITIES IN PROCEDURE.
