The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) is seeking qualified general contractors for exterior repairs at its student housing complex. This project covers Phases II and III and includes work such as electrical, concrete, drywall, painting, waterproofing, roofing, metalwork, and door hardware to ensure safety and compliance with updated standards. Questions Deadline: Friday, November 21, 2025 at 12:00PM CST This project involves the repairing of noted exterior areas in both phase 2 and 3 of the UTHealth Student Housing apartment complex. Repairs required include but are not limited to electrical, concrete, drywall, paint, thermal protection, waterproofing, roofing, metal work, doors/hardware and other items required to comply with the items noted in the contract documents. Base - Phase 2 All work must be in accordance with drawings and specifications for Phase 2 as completed by Zero/Six dated 07/22/2025.
