Tree Maintenance Services are required for the comprehensive care and management of approximately 46,000 City-owned trees. This includes pruning, removals, planting, and inventory updates to ensure the safety, health, and long-term sustainability of trees across all City properties and rights-of-way. Qualified individuals or firms are invited to submit proposals. Respondents must attend a mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting. Proposals must be received in a sealed envelope labeled with the Respondent's name and return address, marked "Proposal for Tree Maintenance Services" and addressed accordingly. Submissions may be hand-delivered, sent via overnight delivery, or regular mail, provided they are received by the stated deadline. Late submissions will be disregarded. Only questions or objections sent via email by the specified deadline will be considered. Questions or objections relating to the RFP, Agreement, the attachments hereto, the RFP procedures, or the required Services may only be submitted via email to Andrea Stein, Administrative Coordinator, at astein@sanramon.ca.gov by 9:00 a.m., November 25, 2025
