The City of San Ramon requests a Statement of Qualifications from qualified individuals or firms for Planning, Housing, Economic, Historic Preservation, Environmental Review, and Building & Safety Consulting Services, and Scanning Services. The intent is to establish a list of potential individuals or firms to enter into an agreement for on-call consulting services as necessary. SOQs must be received by the City by the specified deadline. Respondents are required to submit one original and two identical copies of the SOQ in a sealed envelope labeled with the respondent’s name and return address, marked accordingly, and addressed to the City Clerk. Submissions may be hand-delivered, sent via overnight delivery, regular mail, or emailed as a digital copy, provided they are received by the City no later than the deadline. Late submissions will be disregarded. Questions or objections related to the RFQ, agreement, attachments, procedures, or required services may be submitted only via email by the designated deadline. Any questions or objections not submitted in this manner and by the specified deadline will be deemed waived.
