The City requires Electrical Repair Services on an as-needed and on-call basis to support maintenance, repair, installation, and emergency response needs across various City facilities and infrastructure. The scope may include, but is not limited to, routine and preventative maintenance, system troubleshooting, component replacement, lighting and panel upgrades, and other related electrical services as required. Each Proposal must be submitted in compliance with the requirements of the RFP. Respondents must respond to all items listed, with proposals not to exceed ten one-sided pages (excluding resumes in an appendix). Proposals must include a cover letter, general qualifications, relevant experience (including references), staffing (including resumes and licenses), a lump sum price and/or a pricing schedule, and a proposed approach to providing the Services. All costs must be inclusive, including labor, materials, equipment, supplies, insurance, and travel fees. Billing rates for any additional authorized services must be attached. Proposals must be received in a sealed envelope marked "Proposal for Electrical Repair Services" addressed to the City Clerk at the specified address. A mandatory pre-submittal meeting is required for all interested respondents. Respondents must agree to enter into the attached standard Maintenance Services Agreement with no exceptions unless issues are raised by the specified deadline. Award is based on the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City, evaluated on general qualifications, relevant experience, staffing, pricing, proposed approach, responsiveness, and references, with interviews if requested. Labor compliance, prevailing wage requirements, and applicable public works regulations must be followed. Respondents must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and adhere to all legal requirements for public projects. Upon award, a San Ramon Business License must be obtained, and all required insurance must be carried.
