The City of San Ramon is requesting quotations from qualified vendors for the purchase of streetlight supplies. Vendors must provide quotations that include licensing fees, delivery/transportation fees, and any other charges, along with a detailed description of the items proposed for purchase. Required submittals include a completed and signed "Informal Request for Quotations" document and a completed "Quotation and Price Schedule." Any deviations from specifications must be detailed and submitted as part of the quotation. All quotations must be firm and not subject to escalation or deviation. Vendors should attach in writing any special terms and conditions as part of their quotation. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any part of the quotation and to purchase from the vendor deemed most responsive to the City's needs. Considerations may include vendor responsibility, ability to perform, total cost, quality and performance of supplies, prior performance, and future service capabilities. Completed documents must be submitted via email by the specified deadline. Deliveries are to be made to designated sites or available for Will Call, and all merchandise must comply with safety and regulatory requirements. The City may refuse acceptance of non-compliant goods, and vendors must replace them at no additional charge. Additional instructions include not including sales tax in quotations, using original packaging, and providing documentation for equivalent products and safety standards where applicable.
