The City of San Ramon requests proposals from qualified individuals or firms for Fire Suppression System Monitoring, Maintenance, and Repair Services. The required services include inspection, testing, certification, monitoring, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, integration, and maintenance of fire suppression systems, fire alarm systems, fire alarm control panels (FACP), fire extinguishers, kitchen hood suppression systems, private hydrants, and related components. Services may be requested on a routine, preventative, emergency, or as-needed basis. Proposals must be submitted in one original and three identical copies in a sealed envelope labeled with the respondent’s name and return address, marked “Proposal for Fire Suppression System Monitoring, Maintenance, and Repair Services,” and addressed to the City Clerk at 7000 Bollinger Canyon Road, San Ramon, CA 94583. Submissions may be delivered by hand, overnight delivery, or regular mail, provided they are received by the City by the proposal deadline. Late submissions will be disregarded. Question Deadline 04/30/2026 at 2:00 PM PT Questions or objections regarding the RFP, agreement, attachments, procedures, or required services must be submitted via email to the designated Administrative Coordinator by the specified deadline. Only questions submitted in this manner by the deadline will be considered; all others will be deemed waived. The City will not be bound by any oral representations of its officials, employees, or representatives.
