The City of San Ramon requests proposals from qualified individuals or firms for Aquatic and Water Feature Equipment Maintenance, Repair, and Supply Services at City-owned and operated aquatic facilities and water features. Services include provision, delivery, installation, replacement, integration, programming, maintenance, troubleshooting, and/or repair of aquatic and water feature equipment, systems, controls, and related components. Services may be requested on a routine, preventative, emergency, or as-needed basis. Proposals must be received on or before the specified Proposal Deadline, in the required format and packaging, and delivered to the specified address. Late submissions will be disregarded. Prospective respondents are required to attend a mandatory pre-submittal meeting in order for their proposals to be considered.
