The project consists of the installation of a geo textile filter curtain within the lake to enclose the work area, which will be further encapsulated with a structural cofferdam to construct a new steel reinforced dual lane concrete boat ramp with centered dock abutment. The work requires deepening the existing lakebed to accommodate a steeper ramp pitch and deeper lakeward approach area. The existing ramp will be removed and disposed of off-site, and the existing shore wall will be modified to accommodate the new boat ramp. A bituminous ramp approach apron and ADA dedicated parking area will also be constructed atop the existing gravel surface. Documents concerning this project may be obtained from Blueprints, Etc. All communications must be addressed in writing to the listed State Contact. Questions must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline. Bidders must comply with all instructions and requirements, including the General Conditions for Construction Contracts. Bids must be submitted electronically as a single, digitally searchable PDF attachment, with all components of the bid included. There is a 40 MB attachment size limit. Full bonding is required. Bidders must complete all bid submission requirements, including the bonding requirements, technical response, references, price schedule, and signed certificate of compliance.
