The Town of Milton Department of Public Works is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering consulting firms to provide on-call professional engineering services for recurring DPW projects and tasks. The intent is to establish a shortlist of consultants who may be engaged as needed through individual task orders or service agreements, depending on the scope and funding. The term of service is anticipated from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, subject to annual funding, satisfactory performance, and mutual agreement. Services needed include stormwater project scoping, engineering, and design; transportation project scoping, engineering, and design; wastewater project engineering and design; drinking water project engineering and design; water quality monitoring and testing; construction inspection; facilities project engineering, design, and construction phase services; plan development review and technical assistance; and MS4 consulting services. Interested consultants must submit the required information as outlined in the Statement of Qualifications Requirements. Assignments will be issued on an as-needed basis and based on qualifications, workload, past performance, and compliance with purchasing policies. For each assignment, a detailed scope of work, schedule, and budget will be collaboratively developed before authorization. To be considered responsive, digital proposals must be received by 10:00 AM on Friday, February 27, 2026. The preferred delivery method is a PDF file submitted via email.
