The Milton Town School District is seeking bids to replace the windows of its 42 Herrick Avenue Property following this scope of work: 1. Furnish and install 241 Windows (Kawneer AA4325 glazed with 1" insulated glass Solarban '60' over IS20 with argon and black spacers--or Equivalent). Perimeter caulking will be included. 2. Furnish and Install 3 Storefronts: The MTSD Map Marks Storefronts as Door 1, Door 10, and Door 13. (A school map will be provided at the inspection appointment.) All work is to be performed to coincide with the district's school break schedules: June 16 - August 15, 2025 October 22 - October 23, 2025 November 24 - November 28, 2025 December 24 - January 2, 2026 February 23 - February 27, 2026 April 20 - April 24, 2026 June 22 - August 14, 2026 Bids must include a 5% Bid Bond. Improperly completed information or irregularities in bonding may declare the bid invalid. A performance and payment bond is required within 30 days of bid acceptance. The bid must include all bond costs and Federal and State Taxes. The board has the right to reject any or all bids.
