The work consists of renovating an area at the main (ground) level of the hospital within the existing physical therapy department as well as a small area at the second level of the hospital. Work is to be completed as described in the construction documents. Sealed proposals must be received at the specified location by the designated time. Bids must include security in the form and amount indicated in the instructions. Bidders may not withdraw bids for 60 calendar days after the date of the bid opening. The owner has the right to reject any or all bids, or to reject bids that are incomplete or irregular. Successful bidders must comply with applicable codes, laws, and regulations, and furnish required bonds prior to beginning work.
