Specifications may be downloaded on eMaryland Marketplace Advantage. For additional information, contact the Procurement Office by email or by phone. The Procurement Office is located at 131 Main Street, Suite 100, Prince Frederick, MD 20678. INITIAL WRITTEN QUESTIONS SHALL BE DUE ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 6, 2025 BY 2:30 P.M. (LOCAL PREVAILING TIME). ALL QUESTIONS SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO THE PROCUREMENT OFFICE AT ANDREW.MONAHAN@CALVERTCOUNTYMD.GOV The Project includes the installation of approximately 800 linear feet of 12-inch water main, including a directional drill of Route 2/4, with all associated appurtenances and tie-ins to the existing system. 1.02 AREA OF WORK The work area shall consist of work within areas adjacent to Route 2/4, near the intersection of Auto Drive as indicated on the Contract Documents. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
