Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Riverton, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
You are invited to submit bids relating to resurfacing tennis courts at Mountain Ridge High School. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Responsiveness will be established only if the bid meets all requirements and all requested information is completed and submitted by the deadline. All inquiries related to this bid need to be submitted through U3P Bonfire. Bids should be submitted electronically through Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) Bonfire. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. Vendors must respond in each area as specified in the bid documents and the bid must be returned in its entirety. The purchasing department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality. Question Deadline 11/21/2025 at 2:00 PM MT Online - Q&A o Contractor to remove and dispose of all loose surface material on courts. o Contractor to power wash courts. o Contractor to apply latex primer. o Contractor to apply one (1) coat of acrylic surfacer with silica sand. o Contractor to apply two (2) coats of acrylic color with silica sand. Color to match existing courts. o Contractor to paint new playing lines on resurfaced courts as per United States Tennis Association (USTA) rules. o Contractor to clean job site and haul away debris or excess materials. o Contractor to provide a two (2) year warranty.
