Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Hazelwood, Missouri. Working plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.

Demolish existing bathroom materials and fixtures including wall mounted urinals, water closets, lavatories, all associated piping, HVAC, and electric components. Remove ceramic tile, partitions, accessories, lighting, and ceilings. Prepare all surfaces for new materials. Furnish and install new floor and wall tile, ceiling, partitions, fixtures, accessories, lighting, HVAC ducting and units, fire alarm and electrical systems as necessary. Plumbing work includes installation of new piping, lavatories, water closets, urinals, and associated valves and connections. Coordinate all work with City representative and ensure compliance with applicable codes. Submit product data and shop drawings on all major components for review and approval. Maintain clean work site and dispose of all debris legally. All work to be completed in a timely manner to minimize disruption of firehouse operations. Provide warranty information for all workmanship and materials. Follow instructions and requirements as provided in the specifications and drawings. Furnish and install renovations for four (4) separate toilet/shower rooms and the Battalion Chief's bathroom, including all materials and labor necessary for a complete, functional, and code-compliant renovation. Demolition: Remove all existing fixtures, flooring, tile and finishes identified. Plumbing: Install new supply and waste lines as required for sinks, toilets and showers. Tile Work: Install new floor tile or concrete work per approved design specifications. Fixtures: Provide and install new sinks, vanities, toilets, shower units, partitions and accessories. Painting: Prepare and paint all wall and ceiling surfaces. Lighting: Install new LED fixtures, switches and related electrical work. Ventilation: Install updated exhaust fan system to meet current building code. Clean-Up: Remove all debris and leave the area clean and ready for use The scope of this project will be at the Hazelwood Fire Department Station 2, located at 6800 Howdershell Road, Hazelwood, MO 63042. Furnish and install renovations for four (4) separate toilet/shower rooms and the Battalion Chief's bathroom, including all materials and labor necessary for a complete, functional, and code-compliant renovation. Work to Include: 1. Demolition & Preparation: Remove existing fixtures, finishes, and flooring as needed. For the Battalion Chief's bathroom, remove the bathtub and convert the space to a shower only. Patch and repair drywall where new plumbing is installed. 2. Flooring: Option A: Furnish and install new ceramic tile flooring in all restroom areas. Option B: Furnish and stain the existing concrete floor in lieu of tile. 3. Plumbing: Furnish and install new plumbing for all new showers. Install four (4) new showers, approximately 32" x 40" prefab enclosures with base and prefab walls. In the Battalion Chief's bathroom, install new shower in place of removed bathtub. Furnish and install new shower valves, showerheads, and necessary drains. Furnish and install new toilets in all restrooms. Furnish and install 30" vanities with solid surface tops and storage in the four main restrooms. Furnish and install new vanity with storage in the Battalion Chief's bathroom. 4. Doors & Hardware: Furnish and install new privacy locksets on existing doors. Furnish and install new shower doors in all showers. 5. Walls & Painting: Patch drywall where plumbing work occurs. Paint all perimeter walls and ceilings with two (2) coats of flat latex paint. 6. Additional Fixtures & Accessories: Furnish and install wing walls at toilets in the main restrooms. Furnish and install mirrors at all vanities. Furnish and install towel bars and coat hooks in all rooms. 7. Electrical & Lighting: Furnish and install GFCI outlets in each restroom. Furnish and install new light fixtures in each shower. Furnish and install new light fixtures over each vanity. Furnish and install new ceiling lights at existing drywall ceilings. Furnish and install a new exhaust fan in each room
