Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hazelwood, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Consists of replacement of two elliptical pipe culverts, construction of concrete headwalls, reconstruction of portions of the paved ditch adjacent to the headwalls, sidewalk removal and replacement, and construction of concrete curb ramps and other incidental items along James S. McDonnell Blvd at Byassee Dr and a commercial entrance within Hazelwood, MO. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidders bond in an amount equal to 5% of the total bid. All checks shall be made payable to Treasurer, St. Louis County. MBE Goal: 16% WBE Goal: 5% All questions must be submitted by 5:00 PM on May 28, 2025 via e-mail to the Project Contact as noted above. The Acting Deputy Director of Transportation and Public Works may authorize additional points of contact as deemed prudent; all such authorizations shall be in writing Project Contact: Jill Allen at JAllen@stlouiscountymo.gov The right is reserved by the County Council to reject any or all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
