Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility; playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and recreation facility.
The City of Riverside ("City") is seeking a qualified entity or individual ("Company") to provide Design-Build services for the adaptive re-use renovations for the Fairmount Park Armory Building and the installation of new pickleball courts. The City is seeking Design- Build services for (1) Adaptive Re-use Renovations for the Fairmount Park Armory Building and (2) for fifteen (15) new pickleball courts. The building needs to be upgraded to meet current codes and to be made safe for the proposed re-use. The City is currently working on a lease agreement for a local brewery and restaurant to occupy the building. The selected Design-Build Entity is to provide an upgraded "shell" that the lessee will be required to finish for use as a restaurant and brewery. The City is also working on a second lease, to provide pickleball courts adjacent to the Armory Building, and requires design and construction of the pickleball courts. The selected Company shall provide the services required in Exhibit A, Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
