Renovation of a transportation facility in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The City is seeking a new replacement display for the marquee located at the airport entrance. This display will be viewable from both sides and shall be approximately 4ft 8 inches by 8 ft in size and consist of 10mm LED display providing 281 trillion RGB colors. The display will fit into an existing cabinet that is 8ft 4 in by 5 ft in size. The existing logo on the cabinet structure will be replaced in the form of a laser cut brushed aluminum logo that is backlit. The existing sign structure will remain as-is. To prevent damage due to vandalism with thrown projectiles, a sufficiently thick plexiglass panel will be provided and installed over the LED display on both sides. Wireless radio ore cell modem communication is required to allow airport staff ease in updating display.
