Site work for a water / sewer project in Valley Park, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be done under this contract consists of the construction of approximately 237 lineal feet of 8-inch diameter pipe sewer, 43 lineal feet of steel casing pipe, 33 cubic yards of grade control channel, and appurtenances to be constructed. Question Deadline 12/12/2025 Questions received less than 5 days prior to the date for opening the bids will not be answered. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (District) has established subcontractor goals for Building Construction (21% MBE and 10% WBE) and Non-Building Construction (10% MBE and 10% WBE) in the amount of $50,000 or more. Workforce goal requirements of 37% Minority, 11% Women, and 46% Apprentice (when applicable) apply to contracts in the amount of $500,000 or more. The requirements are further explained in the attached Business Diversity Utilization and Workforce Program document.
