Site work for a civil project in Claremont, California. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The last day for questions has been extended to Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 5:00PM via PlanetBids. All questions related to this project shall be submitted in writing through Online. Sewer, Domestic Water, Recycled Water and Storm Drain The work includes constructing Storm Drain Lines to the horizontal and vertical dimensions as shown on the plans and as laid out by the Owner's Designated Civil Engineer. The construction must adhere to the designs and details on the plans and utilize materials specified on the plans in accordance with governing agencies, standard specifications, or as specified in the Construction Contract documents, exhibits, and schedules. Tasks include but are not limited to layout, excavation, dewatering, construction water, shoring, sand, rock, pipe/RCB, slurry, concrete/mortar, applicable bedding specification and backfill, connection to existing facilities, compaction, concrete washout basins, clean-up and removal of all construction materials offsite, all testing, and obtaining necessary agency approvals. Excess excavation spoil will be delivered to the designated stockpile onsite.
