Site work and new construction of a service station / car wash facility in Logan, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade service station / car wash facility.
The project involves the design and construction of a Fuel Island Canopy in Logan, UT. Bidders should provide proposals to deliver the complete design-build services required for this scope. SCOPE OF WORK The following is a preliminary scope of work that may be modified during contract negotiations with the selected Design-Build Team. General The Design-Build team shall provide professional design services, project management and construction of the Fuel Island Canopy. Including, but not limited to: structural, civil, electrical, labor, materials, procurement, subcontractors, permitting, and material testing. The team shall represent that all tasks will be performed in accordance with generally acceptable professional standards, and building codes. Topographic survey will be directly contracted by the county and provided to the selected Design-Build Team in AutoCAD Civil 3d format. A Geotechnical Investigation has previously been done on the site and will be provided to the selected team. Proposal does not need to include this service. County also has As-built drawings for the existing fuel island and electrical.
