Renovation of an office development in Logan, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade office development.
Replacement of existing, outdated fire alarm system. Only invited contractors listed are allowed to attend the mandatory meeting. All prime contractors wishing to bid must attend and sign in; contractors not in attendance are ineligible to bid. Subcontractors and suppliers are invited to attend but attendance is not mandatory. During the mandatory meeting, a presentation will be made describing the overall scope of work and intended project schedule, and interested contractors may ask questions and request clarification about the project and procurement process. All project-related requests for information, clarifications, and questions must be submitted via the designated website by the specified deadline. Product substitutions may be proposed if they meet or exceed the standards in the drawings and specifications and are compatible with the intent and purpose of the design, subject to written approval prior to the deadline for the final addendum.
