Renovation of a recreation facility in Logan, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade recreation facility.

The project includes various architectural improvements, HVAC upgrades, and minor electrical work. Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I prequalification and are currently on the respective DFCM prequalified contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project. All prime contractors wishing to bid must attend and sign in at a mandatory meeting. Contractors not in attendance at this meeting are ineligible to bid. Subcontractors and suppliers are invited to attend this meeting, but it is not mandatory. All project-related requests for information, clarifications, and questions must be submitted via the U3P website by the specified deadline. Any product substitutions must be approved in writing by the A/E prior to the deadline for addenda. Any addenda will become part of the solicitation and contract requirements.
