Courtside Fields Stormwater Pond project consists of pond excavating/grading, rock blasting, and storm sewer work. Bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent of the bid as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder shall execute and file the proper contract and bond within ten days. In case the bidder fails to file, the check or bid bond shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. Project documents are available digitally, and only bids submitted via this platform will be accepted. Contractors must download bid documents to be added to the Planholder list and allowed to submit a bid. Bidders are charged a fee to submit electronically.
