Site work for a transportation facility in Scott City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade transportation facility.
Railroad track construction along the Semo Port Railroad in Cape Girardeau and Scott Counties, Missouri. The project will consist of track improvements for Storage Tracks No. 1 & 2, including track construction, at-grade crossings, and purchasing track material. Contractor will be required to complete the track construction, ballast, line & surfacing for the track. Sealed Proposals for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and other incidental items necessary for the project will be received. Bidders must be experienced in track construction and related work. Contractor must affirm that all on-site employees have completed a ten-hour OSHA construction safety program as required under Missouri law. Prevailing wages will be required. Bids shall be made in accordance with the provided Plans and Bid Documents. Prospective bidders that obtain contract documents from a source other than the Project Engineer must notify the Project Engineer to be placed on the official plan holders list. Bids received from contractors not on the official plan holders list will not be accepted. Businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin in consideration for an award.
