Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Scott City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Construction of new wastewater screening equipment and structures and replacement of the existing aeration system and baffles at the wastewater treatment facility. Bids must be prepared on the provided proposal form and submitted in the complete specification booklet, accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond not less than five percent of the bid. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best, responsive, responsible bidder, but the owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive irregularities. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 90 days after the bid opening. The prevailing hourly rate of wages and fringe benefits as determined by the State of Missouri and the Davis-Bacon Act will be complied with. This contract is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure, Investment, and Jobs Act.
