Site work for a water / sewer project in Everglades City, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
**As of March 11, 2026, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** The City of Everglades City invites interested, licensed, and qualified firms to submit competitive sealed proposals for Seawall Repairs as specified in ITB 25-4. The work includes repairs to five damaged seawall sections to restore them to pre-disaster design, function, and capacity. All proposals must be submitted through the website www.DemandStar.com. Bids should be prepared in accordance with the Instructions to Bidder and will be evaluated by the City. All questions regarding the project must be submitted on DemandStar. The City reserves the right to waive any formalities, reject any or all bid submittals, or re-advertise for these services. The City may withdraw all or part of this ITB at any time. Bidders are advised to provide thorough yet concise responses, and failure to comply with the prescribed manner of response may result in disqualification. Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate. Question Deadline 01/05/2026 at 4:00 PM ET All questions shall be submitted Online.
