The contractor must demonstrate knowledge of and perform services in compliance with the standard construction and materials testing practices of the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC). Contractors are not required to provide all services referenced; each firm should clearly specify the portion for which they are submitting.
