PE-48401-RFQ-2026-000000471 The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), is soliciting bids from qualified firm(s) to provide Demolition of Improvements, Structures, or other Encumbrances in the Right Of Way and/or Easement Areas. This solicitation is open to potential bidders who currently hold prequalification status for Right of Way Property Management Services issued by GDOT and who hold a current prequalification certificate. Potential bidders who have not been prequalified by GDOT should visit online GDOT reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of GDOT. GDOT reserves the right to cancel any solicitations where it is determined to be in the best interest of the Department to do so. GDOT reserves the right to increase, reduce, add, or delete any item in this solicitation as deemed necessary. The Performance and Payment Bond shall be provided to the Department in the amount of 100 percent (%) of the total bid price, utilizing the Department's form, GDOT Form-SP404, Performance and Payment Bonds, effectively securing the Contractor's obligations to perform the Services hereunder and to ensure that payments owed to subcontractors approved by the Department are made with respect to performance of portions of the services.
