Renovation of a municipal facility in Mentor, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
**As of January 13, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Sealed bids will be received for the Mentor Council Chambers Interior Renovation project with an opinion of probable construction cost of $584,000. The probable cost of construction contains all Base Bid items only, and awards will be made based on Base Bid Items only. All work under this contract shall be completed within 90 days of Notice to Proceed. Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms available from Northeast Blueprint at a specified address, with a non-refundable cost for Bidder's Packages. The bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid information may be obtained at www.neblueplanroom.com. The bidder is responsible for checking for Addenda and obtaining them from the website. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding and Contract Documents are to be directed to the ENGINEER/ARCHITECT in writing.
