The request is for the procurement of single-phase pole mounted transformers (15 kVA to 167 kVA), single phase pad mounted transformers (15 kVA to 167 kVA), and three phase pad mounted transformers (45 kVA to 1500 kVA). The District reserves the right to waive any or all informalities and irregularities in the RFP, to cancel the RFP at its sole discretion, to bifurcate the RFP and award it to more than one proposer, and may reject any or all proposals pursuant to its purchasing policy.
