Tillamook County Public Works intends to purchase asphalt from suppliers at suppliers' plants. The county will use its own dump trucks and hot box equipment to transport the asphalt. Suppliers must meet the specifications listed in Section 1.1.2, Specifications. Specifications and bid forms are available for viewing or electronic request. Bidders must submit sealed bids to the Tillamook County Public Works Office, clearly marked for the 2026 Asphalt Procurement, by the specified deadline. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Bids can be withdrawn prior to the opening by written request. Fax or electronic data interchange submissions are not accepted. Multiple contracts may be awarded. Monthly unit cost adjustments are allowed as identified in the specifications. Bidders are not required to be pre-qualified. Tillamook County reserves the right to cancel the procurement or reject proposals.
