This project consists of a comprehensive roofing renewal of the existing, in-service low-slope roofing assembly with an adhered system. Sealed bids must be submitted marked "TILLAMOOK COUNTY COURTHOUSE - ROOF REHABILITATION PROJECT" to the specified address and received no later than the stated deadline. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids may be withdrawn at any time before opening by written request of the bidder. No bids will be accepted by fax or electronic data interchange. All bids will be opened and read aloud in the specified meeting room at the stated time. Bidders are not required to be pre-qualified. Reroofing with single-ply roof membrane system composed of adhered sheet air and vapor barrier, flat and tapered insulation, and coverboard in a fully adhered assembly. Roof assemblies will be subject to conformance with current Oregon Energy Efficiency Specialty Code (OEESC) requirements. 2. Installation of a over-clad assembly (thin brick masonry veneer) over cement board and steel girts, performed in a rainscreen fashion, integrated with the roof membrane system.
